Another Great Day!

What a wonderful day! The kids worked hard learning the sound of letter
'A' as well as how to write both the upper and lowercase version. We
also started our math books today and practiced organizing items on the
top, middle, or bottom. We visited both gym and music and we started our
new unit on apples. We will be describing the look and taste as well as
discussing the harvest of apples. On Friday, we will be making
applesauce. Have a great day!

A Great Day

What a great group of kids! They worked very hard today on coloring and
writing. We read "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" and made our own trees to go
with the story. Please check for them in your child's folder. We also
visited the computer lab and the gym. Have a wonderful day!

Today we practiced letters, colors, and nouns. The children will not
necessarily be able to use the word noun correctly, however they will be
able to separate person, place, animals, and objects. We also visited
the music room and the gym. We had our first lock down practice today.
They kids did a great job of hiding from Mr. Cawcutt! Have a great day!

It's a Warm One!

We worked hard in our room, despite the hot and humid conditions! Today,
we practiced writing the alphabet, counting, and coloring. We visited
the gym and the library today (we did not check out books). We enjoyed a
great snack of bananas and cupcakes (they may crash from the sugar by
the time they get home) :) Have a wonderful evening!

A New Week!

Today we worked on singing our alphabet (we learned a new song to go
with this), using position words (such as forward, backward, and in
between), visited the gym and music room, and also had a special
presentation about our PTA fundraiser. Packets were sent home today, let
me know if you have questions. Have a great day!
